After Hours Fees

If you plan to pick up or drop off your vehicle outside our business hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), an after-hours service fee of NZD $50.00 applies. This includes airport transfer.

Pickup Instructions

Please visit our Auckland Airport branch at 91 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland Airport on your pickup day to collect your vehicle. Customer parking is not available while the vehicle is on hire.

Free Airport Shuttle Services

If you require our free airport shuttle service, please select the shuttle request option when entering your driver details at the time of booking.

You will need to provide your flight number and the number of passengers. Once submitted, we will arrange to pick you up from the airport according to your arrival time.

After Hours Pickups

If you plan to pick up your vehicle outside our business hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), an after-hours service fee of NZD $50.00 applies, which includes airport transfer.

If a driver selects a 6:00 PM pickup time, a 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If the driver arrives after the 15-minute grace period, a $50 after-hours fee will apply.

Drop Off Instructions

When returning your vehicle, please drop it off at 91 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland Airport.

Before drop-off, please ensure the fuel tank is full, as vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned the same way.

If you require our free airport shuttle after returning the vehicle, we will transfer you to the airport at that time.

After Hours Drop Offs

If you need to return your vehicle outside our business hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM), please return it to our location at 91 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland Airport.

An after-hours service fee of NZD $50.00 applies, which includes airport transfer.

Full parking instructions will be provided at the time of pickup.
If this service is not included in your booking, please contact us to add it.
Secure lockboxes are available for key return when the office is unattended.
If our team is present, we will provide a free airport shuttle.
If unavailable, we will arrange an Uber for your airport transfer as part of our complimentary service.
