Call us on +64 9 977 9993 as soon as you have collected your luggage — from either the Domestic or International terminal — and we will send the free shuttle to bring you to our Mangere branch, about 10 minutes away.
- Domestic arrivals: wait at the shared shuttle pickup area outside baggage claim
- International arrivals: wait at the off-site shuttle pickup area after customs
- Have your flight number and passenger count ready when you call
- Shuttle runs to and from our office at 91 Westney Road, Mangere
Return your car to 91 Westney Road, Mangere, and we will run you back to the terminal in time for your flight.
- Arrive at least 2 hours before an international flight, 1 hour for domestic
- Fuel should be at roughly the same level as pickup
- We will do a quick walk-around check together before your shuttle leaves

After collecting your luggage, exit the Auckland Airport Domestic Terminal and proceed to the free shuttle pickup area at the last bus shelter opposite Door 9. After clearing immigration and customs and collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated off-site shuttle transfer area at the Auckland Airport International Terminal. Contact Bubble Rentals when you are ready for collection, and our team will arrange your free shuttle transfer to our nearby Māngere branch. Use the map below to locate the pickup area.
What to Have Ready for Your Auckland Airport Pickup
Once you have collected your luggage and are ready at the designated pickup area, contact Bubble Rentals. Have your booking name, flight number and terminal details ready so our team can coordinate your Auckland Airport shuttle pickup quickly and easily.
When collecting your rental car, please have a valid physical full driver licence for each approved driver and the required payment or bond method for your booking. If your licence is not in English, please also bring an approved English translation or International Driving Permit (IDP).

When your trip is complete, return your rental car to Bubble Rentals at 91 Westney Road, Māngere, Auckland 2022. Our branch is conveniently located near Auckland Airport, making it easy to complete your vehicle return before heading to the terminal for your departing flight.
Allow enough time to refuel the vehicle as required by your rental agreement, complete the return process and transfer to Auckland Airport. After your rental car return is completed, our free airport shuttle can take you back towards the appropriate International or Domestic Terminal in accordance with your booking arrangements.
