How do I make a booking?
You can book a vehicle online through our website by choosing your preferred rental location, vehicle type, and rental period. Simply enter your details, select the insurance option, and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards for payment. Cash payments are not accepted. Payment for your rental is due in full at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before pickup. For cancellations, the following applies:
• More than 3 days before pickup: Full refund.
• 1–2 days before pickup: 50% refund.
• Same day cancellation or no-show: No refund.

How is the security bond handled?
A security bond (pre-authorization) will be placed on your credit card at the time of vehicle pickup. This bond depends on the insurance coverage selected and will be released within 14 business days after returning the vehicle in the same condition.
What type of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a variety of vehicles, including compact cars, family sedans, SUVs, and minivans. All vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
Do I need insurance?
While insurance is included in the rental price, we offer additional insurance options for added protection. The coverage options are:
• Basic Cover (Included): Hirer liable for up to $3500.
• Standard Cover ($20/day): Hirer liable for up to $1000.
• Premium Cover ($25/day): Hirer has no liability in case of damage.
Where do I pick up and return my rental car?
You can pick up and return your vehicle at one of our designated location in Auckland. Address: 91 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland 2022 . If you are flying into a Auckland city, we also offer airport pickups. Check the Locations page for exact addresses.
What should I do if I experience a breakdown or accident?
If you experience a breakdown, please contact our 24/7 Roadside Assistance team immediately. For accidents, report the incident to the police and contact us to complete an accident report. Do not admit liability—let our insurance assess the situation.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle upon return.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, a minimum 1-day rental applies.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes, but the driver must be present at pickup with a valid license.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. Call us for the fastest response.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we believe in completely transparent pricing. No surprises.
Can I use AfterPay (Book Now & Pay Later)?
Yes! Book Now & Pay Later is supported through AfterPay.
Is there a free airport shuttle?
Yes, free shuttle from Domestic Terminal (Door 9) and International Terminal (Door 8).
What if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number at booking, and we track your arrival automatically.
Is customer parking available?
Yes, we have plenty of parking for the customers.
Can I pick up outside business hours?
Yes, select your preferred time during booking, and we arrange the shuttle automatically.
What driver's license do I need?
A valid home-country license or International Driving Permit (IDP).
Is there a minimum age?

Can I add a driver?
Yes, the additional driver is free.
Are overseas licenses accepted?
Yes, accepted for international visitors and tourists.
Do I return the car with a full tank?
Yes, vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned the same way.
Are toll roads covered?
Yes, all tolls are covered.
