Domestic Terminal Pickup
- Collect your luggage from Domestic baggage claim
- Call us on +64 9 977 9993 with your flight number and passenger count
- Wait at the shared shuttle pickup area outside Domestic baggage claim
- Our shuttle takes you to our Mangere office, about 10 minutes away
International Terminal Pickup
- Clear customs and collect your luggage
- Call us with your flight number and passenger count
- Wait at the off-site shuttle pickup area (outside the terminal, past the immediate arrivals area)
- Our shuttle brings you to our Mangere office
What to Have Ready Before You Call
Have your flight number, passenger count, and expected arrival time ready when you call — it helps our driver find you faster, especially during busy arrival periods. If your flight is delayed or your flight number changes, just call or text us the update and we'll adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.
Dropping Your Car Off Before Your Flight
Return your car to 91 Westney Road, Mangere, and we'll run you back to the terminal in time for your flight.
- Arrive at our branch at least 2 hours before an international flight, 1 hour before a domestic flight
- Return the car with roughly the same fuel level it had at pickup
- We'll do a quick walk-around check together before your shuttle leaves
Flight Delays and Changes
Delays happen. If your arrival time changes for either pickup or your return shuttle to the airport, call us as early as you can — we'll rearrange the shuttle around your actual schedule rather than the one you originally booked.
